One of my friends recommended Bessie for me. I was skeptical at the start due to very bad experiences I had with multiple agents before. But Bessie showed me that she is different , that she your advocate and that she really cares. Not like others where they are friendly only to gain your business , but she takes your concerns really seriously and tries to address them, and goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care off and that she is on your side through the process and afterwards.  I feel much more relieved that I put my place  with Bessie, I know now I have a peace in mind. I met Bessie while I was in Canada looking to get back into the Toronto real estate market after 7 years of absence. I thought things would be easy, buyer's market, but instead I found bidding wars and prices above my budget. Bessie comes in on Sat morning and we start the hunt - Monday I was supposed to go back to Europe. I didn't have any hope.

We start seeing places, and we are able to narrow down to a couple options in a very cool neighborhood. Bessie was able to get us in for a few visits during a weekend, despite some really difficult tenants so on Monday my dream came through - I had an accepted offer!

After that, Bessie could have said goodbye - but instead she followed up and used her personal charm to fix some building issues and helped push the deal through.

So what can I say? Bessie was like a fairy tale, a great heart, wonderful energy, never giving up, and wanting me as a customer to be happy. It was wonderful and I was able to overcome all my fears due to her charisma. I would recommend her wholeheartedly! Bessie is the BEST! She knows the market and is gonna paint the real picture - but will try to overcome all obstacles.
